PS: Yep they are filming a remake of Brian Depalma's Scarface. But that version was also a remake of the 1932 version of the same name. Each version depicts a different era. So the present day will be what's prevalent in the modern era although Al Pacino's character will be pretty hard to top!
It's a shame 99% of people don't know who Paul Muni(orginial Scarface) is really an amazing actor. The man was nominated for six best actor nominations, won for The Story of Louis Pasteur was actually a write in candidate who came in second for Black Fury. And unlike Pacino he didn't waste his talents in his later years on dreck like 88 Minutes, and Jack and Jill. Seriously if you want to watch a great film check out I was a Fugitive from a chain gang.
I settled it, glad to see the Avengers smash Potter even though I haven't planned on seeing the film til Monday and hope it's as good as you guys say.
Dope! Thanks! This is my ranking out of all the Avenger films.
1.) Incredible Hulk with Edward Norton & Liv Tyler. I like this Hulk the best. Abomination was a kick ass villain.
2.) Avengers
3.) Iron Man 1 was better than 2.
4.) Captain America
5.) Thor
They blended everything well together, all the characters meshed in, and they paid homage to the comics in some respects. Especially the fight sequences.
Probably gotta wait another two years before they come out with the sequel.
