Star Wars 1313 Trailer

As a massive Star Wars fan, i don't like it. If it didn't have Star Wars in the title (and a Coruscant name drop), i would've never thought it had anything to do with the franchise. Looks a lot like Mass Effect.

The game will put the player in the role of a bounty hunter navigating the planet Coruscant's subterranean level 1313 underworld as they try to uncover the truth surrounding a criminal conspiracy.[3] The game will take a more mature, gritty direction compared to past Star Wars video games and emphasizes fast-paced, gadget and weapon based combat using tools exclusive to bounty hunters rather than Force and lightsaber based combat.
Further proves that their going with the ME series approach on this one. There better be some starsaber wielding badasses in the game. I know the SW galaxy is big and all but the franchise has been built up around the Jedi and Sith.

It could be worse. It could have ended up looking like this...

Why won't this beast called Star Wars just die already?

It looks fun.

It's definitely a lot more action packed than an MMO or the Xbox games, but The Force Unleashed 2 was fun, very short but fun, so action adventure based Star Wars games can be good.

I'm not really looking forward to it, though, as I'm not a big Star Wars fan.

Unfortunately a money maker like Star Wars isn't going away. Looks like their kind of expanding the universe by showng what really goes down on the smuggling world. Skeptical about it but it could turn out great.
