Gotta be honest, i don't like the 3 protagonist thing as well. I'm sure they make it work somehow but just travelling around the city is a huge part of the game and it's just weird when you have 3 guys for it.

I'm very excited about the whole three protagonists thing... It's not what I was expecting and that's why I like it, GTA can't stay the same forever and I like that they're trying to innovate a bit, as long as they keep the spirit of the series alive in there

Also you don't have to change between the characters when the games wants you to, it's up to you

^I don't really get that bit. How can it be up to you? Surley the storyline would have certain characters doing different things? Would it be a complete option as to whose storyline you choose? I imagine that if you can pick anyone, it would turn into the "Doesnt matter what you look like, or even what gender you are" side of gameplay that Saints Row runs.

They have three storylines that you can change between at any time - or not if you want to...

It's like one big epic tale that you can view from three different angles as it unfolds

I loved that for the narrative though, truly a great ending. I didn't want to play much after i was done anyway...

If so, I'd probably already edge it to be one of the greatest of all time. But I'm still sceptical. I can't imagine that they can have that many missions which each character has, that arent ever touched. That would completley dwarf Heavy Rain, which has pretty much never been done.

Yeah I almost wanted them to just end it with John and make a sequel with the kid.

This should break records and I'm pretty sure you don't or at least rarely get forced to change charecters so you can pretty much stick to playing as one.

This option will be great for exploring, unless they all have to be in the immediate area.......
