In my opinion, this guy is one of the craziest and scariest serial killers I've seen based on the fact he didn't appear to have a set ritual. Anybody could have been a potential target, since he didn't seem to have a modus operandi as most serial killers tend to have.

David Berkowitz - Born to Kill (Son of Sam)



John Waybe Gacy Jr



Serhiy Tkach - (Fairly new serial killer they found out about but the clip is only 3 minutes or so.)



Donald Harvey - The Demon of Death
