Movie suggestions
I have a 3 day weekend coming up and would like some movie suggestions. Both new movies and old movies. I'm ashamed to say there are many "classics" I have not seen. So any an all suggestions are welcome. I have Looper downloading on my xbox right now while I'm at work.
Come on fellow posters, help me out.

I love comedies, but pretty much anything except horror is good with me. Love Sports movies, action movies, I enjoy sifi, mythology, just open to suggestions. If you think a movie is must see then let me know.

The original The Day the Earth Stood Still is a pretty classic film. If you're into more noir, musical pieces, definitely check out Repo! The Genetic Opera. You most likely will not be disappointed

Me, Myself and Irene; Vision Quest; Ben-Hur; and maybe the original Dune for some Sci-Fi

Just to show you how sad and behind I am on my "classics".
I watched the original Die Hard for the first time last weekend. I watched Pulp Fiction for the first time on New Years Eve. I haven't seen Avatar. I haven't seen Casino and countless other "classics".

I didn't see Godfather until about 5 years ago. Does that help you at all?

Harry Potter, the whole series (8 movies).
Honestly, I was very skeptical about that series, thinking it was just for kids, but it's definitely suited for adult viewers and it's a damn good movie series. If you haven't seen them for whatever reason make sure you do so.

I have seen the 1st one start to finish. Then after that I have seen parts of a couple others. I haven't seen any of the last 2 though. Good suggestion. Didn't think about Potter.
