Metalhead Thread

I know there are a few on here who are either considered a 'metalhead' or who enjoy some music. So I thought I'd start a thread where you could post news, metal songs, bands, etc you're currently into. Or anything related to the topic.

So maybe to get it off the ground everyone can state their favourite bands? whether it be all time or recent.

My all time favourite bands are Devildriver, In Flames, Insomnium, Chimaira, Machine Head, Mastodon, Baroness, Cannibal Corpse, Dark Tranquility, Whitechapel.

Lately the bands I've been listening to the most is Down, Cancer Bats, and Mudvayne

I love a bit of metal from time to time Favourite 'metal' bands are Kreator, Death, Exodus, Carcass, Slayer, Anthrax, Megadeth, Mastodon, and In Flames.

P.s I like you a little bit more now Liza knowing you're an Alice in Chains fan

Fun fact #1 - I've hung out with Exodus and had a few beers with them before/after a gig.

Will never forget the first time I heard 'A Change of Seasons'. Mindblowing.

Have any of you been to any concerts? If so what ones?

I think earlier Mudvayne is the best.

I've seen a few metal bands live.

Seen Kreator, Exodus, Slayer, Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Slipknot, American Head Charge and Mastodon. Not in festivals though.

I'm getting de ja vu.

What no Slayer, Megadeth, Black Sabbath, Pantera, Anthrax, Iron Maiden, Metallica, or Judas Priest.

*Note* I don't listen to any of this...haha but I'm pretty aware of all music genres.

Those were the most popular requested (entrance theme) tracks from MMA fighters.

Maximus: For the glory of the Empire, sire.

Baked, not fried... the healthy choice.

I love all those bands. Maiden was one of the bands that got me into metal.. Them and In flames.

Also KRY who did you think was the best you've seen. I have yet to see Kreator, always wanted to
