Not a bad pick yourself, plazz. Oddly enough, my favorite Slick Rick album was his Art Of Storytelling. I probably should be smacked for saying that, but I felt that the album had so much good stuff from the beats to the lyrics to the guests. It just made me appreciate The Ruler more than his others. Don't get me wrong, I love his other albums, even his Behind Bars one (Which features a great Warren G produced self-titled track).
Prince Paul-Beautiful Night (Manic Psychopath).
While Jazzy Jeff is one of the best producers in rap, Prince Paul IS the best producer in rap. Dude is amazing, and his whole "Psychonanalysis" album was mindblowing. In fact, I liked "Psychoanalysis" much better than A "Prince Among Thieves." This track has an excellent beat, but most would get offended by the lyrics, which are pretty offensive, not that I was offended. Dan The Automator remixed this track on the album, and I didn't like it as much as Paul's version.

I have albums from guys like Yukmouth, Do Or Die, Ice-T (Who is my all-time favorite rapper), Snoop Dogg (Doggystyle only), Hieroglyphics (Souls & Del mainly), Xzibit, Alkaholiks, Non Phixion, Digital Underground, and many more. I really don't listen to too much current rap, to tell you the truth. Like, if a producer that I really like puts out an album, then I'll cop it, but mostly, it's stuff in the past. I also like jazz, rock, and whatever sounds good to my ears.
I once owned a bunch of No Limit Records stuff, plazz. I am ashamed to admit that.

Damn, Xhibit, Alkaholics, and by Del do you mean Del the Funky Homosapien or what? Cuz that guy is definitely one of my favourites.
I agree with on the Snoop choice, his later stuff just started going downhill and drifting away from his real work.
I feel you on the producers, but theyre just not the same anymore and its real hard to find someting original these days.
Aahahaha, yeah thats shameful Damone, real shameful.

It's good to see another No Limit Soldier on the forum. God I wish I could go back in time and kick my own ass.

Which was your favorite of theirs? I really liked their Pimpin' Ain't Dead a lot. It was a perfect mix of gangsta & smooth. Belo also sounded like the rapper I knew he could be on that album, which was very good.
I know it's wrong to not say Picture This, but man, I liked Headz Or Tailz better than that one, too.
Yes plazz, Del The Funkee Homosapien. Though, Casual's first album was really good.
