Spider-Man Joins The Marvel Cinematic Universe

It's about time though i'm kind of sad we won't be seeing Andrew Garfields Spidey in there. The series just got rebooted, i'm not ready for another reboot and a new character.

To be fair it was only one more film off of Tobey's reign.

Should be awesome anyways. I wonder if they'll redo Captain America now to open it up for a sequel including Spider Man in the future. I doubt he'll be in that but they dont want to have that other guy (Black Hawk or something?) taking all of the role now.

Supposedly the original plan was to have Spidey in the Civil War storyline with Cap but they couldn't arrange a deal and i guess it was too late? They did shift some movie dates to make room for Spidey though. And i read they were looking for a younger Peter Parker this time. In his early 20s Spidey.

I am sad that Andrew Garfield won't be playing Spiderman but at the same time I am happy this won't be canon with the Amazing Spiderman franchise. Let's face it, those movies blew ass. The only thing that made those movies worth while were the actors who had to work with a shitty script.

I liked the first. Endured the second (although Spiderman 2 with Doc Oc is easily my favourite Spider-Man film) But I agree, I really liked Garfield as Parker/Spidey. It's a shame he wasn't given another chance, he did a great job. Like Ryan Reynolds in both Wolverine and Green Lantern, it wasn't his fault those movies blew (not going to mention removing the mouth from the merc with a mouth) as he did a brilliant job in both, just had **** all to work with. Lucky for him he's got the Deadpool role and he's perfect for it when the character is done right.

I have no idea who all these rumoured actors are other than they are very young. Which is fine. A high school Spidey would be intriguing. I loved the Ultimate Spider-Man run. Own all of them up until his death and Miles Morales takes over. Heard good things about Miles so may give them a read.

Garfield was a whiney bitch. Equivalently just as shitty as Tobey. Good riddens. And as for another reboot, I don't see the point. Have him show up in the existing Marvel movies and leave it at that for at least another decade.

That's what they are doing. He should be in Civil War, then getting his own movie. He was supposed to have a post credit scene in Age of Ultron but they hadn't cast him yet so Whedon said they didn't have time.

I'm reading Asa Butterfield is the leading candidate to put on the suit.

https://www.google.ee/search?q=asa+b...ed=0CAYQ_AUoAQ

He turned 18 a few months back and sure looks as young which i guess is a good investment for Marvel in the long run.

Its funny how Sony reboots Spideman so quickly after one bad movie. One bad review and they jump ship faster then the first white chick off the Titanic. Instead of learning and trying to improve their mistakes they just scrap the whole project and start a new one. Its like an endless cycle of Sony not learning anything and making the same mistakes over again. I'm almost afraid of what the next Avengers movie is going to be like now that they are involved. Nick Fury will probably have a Sony Vaio.
