Mmm Dota. I played Dota religiously last semester all the way until June this year when my friends and I tried Age of Conan. Cancelled that and have started playing Dota again in the recent days haha.

I'm excited to be getting Soul Calibur IV shipped to me in the next few days though! Got it for $45 even on ebay, no shipping woot! PS3 name is Tripod87 if anyone else has it.

Yeah - I used to play WOW - but the game does suck the life out of you specially after level 60, when its virtually impossible to gain any experience without going into the instances (which take about 3 hours to complete if you are lucky to find a group).

I don't think there are any hobbies out there for which you need to find a group first before getting anything done.

Therefore, this game has a serious flaw. And the way Blizzard compensates for this flaw is by making the first levels really easy and then gradually increasing the amount of time required, so that people don't notice the change in intensity. You slowly go from 1 hour of playing to 5 hours of playing within a few months.

If the game could SAVE the instance progress, and if instances could be completed without a group then this problem would be solved.

It's easy to get to 70 without running a single instance. The Outlands quests give a lot of xp and there are a ton of them. Download Questhelper and it's really easy. Of course I see you are a pally, not the most effecient solo class.

its alot quicker to level by questing then by instance grinding, just get questhelper or carbonite

If someone sends me a level 20 or above character, I'll get them on the Mod team!

And, I'm a Dota-holic right now.

You don't know who I am? You must be new.
