On a PvP server, you are always flagged and can be attacked by the opposing faction at anytime. On a PvE server, you have to manually flag yourself inorder to attack or be attacked by the opposing faction.

I played on a pvp server for years, it's a waste of time. Might as well go pve.

PvP sounds more fun if you a high level charector, i'll probs still choose PvP, and ive decided on a dwarf hunter as my new charector, i would be a night elf but i always get lost when ever i try to start as one, and i know the dwarf area well as i always used to play as a dwarf before i stopped playing when i was an orc

It's not more fun. You get ganked trying to farm gold and materials, unless you are really hardcore there is no point of a pvp server anymore. Besides you can PvP on PvE servers still. There are whole zones you fight for.

Basically when you pull the map up it will show you where the quests monsters are located or region where the items are located? What race did you end up choosing? If it was dwarf make sure you have find treasure active when you are looking for quest items on the ground. It will show them on the mini map.

To install addons extract all the files to the adon folder.

Basically C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns

If you can't get quest helper to work use Carbonite (I actually like it better)

https://www.carboniteaddon.com/downloadmore.aspx I'd choose curse from that list.

Carbonitequest is the name of it. Carbonite is a whole package I think, don't bother with the package though they make you pay for it. But Carbonitequest is free and a really nice addon.
