The Godfather: Don's Edition PS3

Hey guys im stuck and need some help hahaha this is for PS3

I talked to the Police officer and he gave me a Hit contract for a guy named Patrick O'donnell and i have to get to his penthouse in Midtown and toss him off the balcony.. But when i get to the Place i can't use the one elevator to take me up and i have no idea how to get to the roof or get to his penthouse anyone KNOW???

Sometimes guards have keys. Did you kill all of the gaurds?

You need to walk across the roof from the adjoining building. There are planks of wood joining the two together. Make sure you've killed the guards walk across, and you'll see the stairs of the derelict building.
