Well I think it really is. Ive heard estimates of as many as 60 million americans having genital herpes. It just goes to show if you are smart and safe its not hard to be STD free.

You are right buddy....I had a run in with the Herpes about 2 years ago...I met this girl and we hit it off hard. Dated for about a month and a half before we did the deed. She told me 2 weeks later that she had the jack. The most effed up ride to the health clinic Ive ever had. She had it for 2 years at the time. I came out clean tho!!! I guess she was trying to make sure I stayed with her...I almost had to baby shake her lol

Zoiks....I was NEVER in that situation but I was seeing this girl for about 2 weeks or so off and on. She was smokin hot (probably why she had it) but either way we were really feeling each other as well. Anyway she turned to me and was like I like you alot and want to be honest with you.....

(cringed righ there).......she says she wants to know how many people I have been with?? She explained that it was important to be honest with one another. I told her 47......she gasped and was like really???

Now.....Im not a jerk, but at the same time cant help feelin a little bait and switched here, so I was annoyed to say the least and I knew I would never be with her.

Bottom line after that night I never spoke to her again.....

Xeberus......like 60% of Americans or people in general have some form of Herpes....I looked it up when I found out my buddies Fiance' had it....smokin hot and had the herps....immediately we were on the net looking up facts and stats and they are pretty alarming....

It seems like if it's really that 60% of the population has it isn't it pretty inevitable that eventually everyone will have it? I know you can take precautionary measures, but can anyone hope to not contract the disease? I mean the only real way is if you were 100% faithful to first person that you had sex with which was also their first time. Or am I looking to deeply into this?
