I have pretty extensive kickboxing training (actually dated my female instructor for a while ), and come from a family with a background in combat and non-combat sports. Both of my brothers are collegiate D-1 All-American wrestlers, and my father played professional football and is currently the Linebackers coach for an NFL team. My brother in-law also plays in the NHL as well.

So, growing up with several brothers who idolized Randy Couture, I got into MMA pretty quick. I've been hooked since I saw my first PPV.
