I like Eddings, and I know I have read some of his work, but I can't think of what it might have been for the life of me. I have read sooo many books that they kind of blend together sometimes lol.

I am reading American Psycho by Bret Easton Ellis. If you thought the movie was messed up the book steps it up ten notches lol. I also have some other messed up reading in my queue after this book:

We Need to Talk About Kevin by Lionel Shriver
Requiem for A Dream by Hubert Selby Jr.
and some more...

I got these from a list that spoken posted in the old thread for this and I have actually enjoyed most of the books on the list so far...except for Naked Lunch by William S Burroughs. I just couldn't get into that one and have stopped a quarter of the way through. Might try and finish it later since it is a classic.

Thanks to Toxic for the Awesome Sig!

I still haven't watched the movie, because the book scared me so bad, and I read that years ago.

That character, Patrick Bateman, is peripherally mentioned in The Rules of Attraction. He is the brother of Sean Bateman, the dude who can't remember the last time he had sex sober.

Now that is interesting. I really like this book. The randomness of his violence is weird lol. Its like he will suddenly say in the middle of a long diatribe about fashion that he wants to stab someone in the face with his fork. Weird to read but in a good way.

ROFL. I still have many of her books from when the swplets were tiny.

My oldest has moved on but the little one is just acquiring a taste. I do love the artwork though.

I read and reread the masterworks "Doggies" and "Barnyard Dance" about, oh I don't know, 394875394857395783594374535.3 times.

(The decimal is from when they went to sleep midread, or had a fit when I wouldn't let them chew on the board pages).

The Very Hungry Caterpillar FTW!!!!

Damn. There was no Barnyard Bath book when the swplets were little. I had enough board books to supply an evil Stewie library, or at least the wall that spins around to the room where all his WMDs, time machines, cyclotrons etc. are.

A bathroom pop-up book. Jebus.

What's a Kendell?
