Soooo...

Whats everyones opinion so far on Reach

I have reached the rank of Lt. Colonel and so far i am up in the air on the game.

I was bored to tears with the campaign but i guess that is because i did not read the books.

The multiplayer beats halo 3's multiplayer but is still inferior to halo 2's

I like the armor effects, I have the flying hearts equipped for the fun of it gunna buy the grunt party one tomorrow morning also to switch on and off

but yeah what do you guys think of the game so far

Halo is way overrated, IMO.

It's a good series, but it just isn't as good as the hype it gets. It feels like it did 10 years aog when halo 1 came out. It feels old and dated. It started or at least kickstarted a lot of things, like the regnerating health bar instead of having to pick up health packs, but most games use this now, even in non shooters sometimes.

The graphics are really good, but not near what you would expect from such a high profile hyped up game. MW2, GoW3, Uncharted, etc, destory it in graphics.

It feels old, clunky, and a bit outclassed by other FPS games out there.

I like it. Just those stupid jet packs and armor lock get on my nerves. And online I am a Warrant Officer Grade 1.

Man I am gonna have to play online more haha. I am working on my second stripe still lol. I am a huge Halo fan so I loved the game. I didn't care for how short the game was but I love the online play.

I hated the campaign on past Halo games but loved the online play. Have yet to pick up Reach because I am unsure if its worth it, Is it?

its a good buffer game till november 4th when black ops comes out, then halo is gunna die a quick death.

Reach is a really good play multiplayer wise but it just wont be able to stand up to black ops

Halo is the Mario Bros of shooters for me.

Call of Duty has it's place, but Halo also has it's. Theatre and forge mode in Halo 3 put it wayyyyy over the top for multiplayer gaming for me.

I still don't have Reach, can't wait to get my hands on it!
