any advice on how to finish Final Fantasy 13!
Well, after playing a very disappointing Two Worlds 2 (clunky controls, no clear direction in what your suppose to do, enemies killing me very easily, sucky graphics, etc) I decided to go back to Final Fantasy 13!
Last time I played this game I got stuck on Grand Pulse! I thought Sid was a pain in the ass to get through but on Grand Pulse I started running into monsters that handed me my ass on a silver platter. I kind of lost interest in the game because I thought I had to go back a few levels just to spend countless hours leveling up! It was for that very reason why I never got far in the 12th installment because that game is nothing but leveling up (and I didn't find the story all that engaging).
But anyways, I'm starting my second run through of this game and I was wondering if you guys have any advice to give me like...well..anything that will help get through this game basically!

When you first get to Gran Pulse, do not engage the enemies. Run to your destination. When you return to the big open area you'll be the right level for them
Just for when you do play it through again.

I spent a good 2/3 hours in Grand Pulse before moving on to the next destination. I agree when you get to go back it is rather easier to defeat the enemies there, but by spending a good few hours there in the first place make things alittle easier going forward.

There are a few mobs you can level up on but it's just not worth it imo. They're slow battles with little XP gain anyways. Your better off going back a fit and farming those robot things. I can't for the life of me remember the enemy name or even the area.

The Behmoth and the other thing? Haha yeah that was a great cp farm once you were high enough to kill them within 10 seconds or so.

Thanks for some of the advice guys! Just started playing again a few weeks ago and now I am finally back at Mah'habara (which is where a left off the last time!) If I'm reading some of your posts right your telling me to fight those robots in this cave and collect the spoils (if they drop any)! Is it worth it? Will these items earn me a decent amount of gill so I can level up every bodies weapons and accessories! Also, is their any particular weapon I should be leveling up? So far I just stuck with the weapons everybody had in the beginning and worked with that?
