The Road
Shutter Island

And, I've asked a few times for a TV Show/Film section to be made to no avail. So if anyone wants to spam admins and ask for that section to be made be my guest. Pretty sure the section would be extremely active.

A BIG shout out to The Mist. Keever mentioned it in his OP. This is an underrated classic. One of the most horrible haunting endings ever.
Other than that, you guys have mentioned some great films.
... and, wheres the Tarintino love? The dude is a genius who makes better and better films. Inglorious Basterds was absolutely magnificent.
Beyond that, anybody seen Moon? Fabulous film.
Im a massive fan of horror. Generally, English speaking countries dont do it very well. The koreans absolutely rock.
Films like:
Rec
The Ring
The Bedevilled
We Are Who We Are
Ju On
Old Boy
The eye
I could go on... but I'll stop now.

Moon is really, really good.
Under rated film I just thought of; The Negotiator with Samual l Jackson and Kevin Spacey.

Don't know how I forgot to mention Superbad. One of the best recent comedy films ever made imo
Also, did any one else think Inception was like....pretty shit?

Gutted season 2 is so far away, will be through the books by then!
Ser Jorah Mormont for the win!

Also since we're on shows
MadMen
Breaking Bad
Peep Show
Top Gear
Arrested Development
Peep Show is fing hilarious. "they thought I pissed myself *smiles* they'll never know I jizzed all over my pants" and say what you will about dobby I'd have hit that in a second.

P4P, yes I agree it is better.
In mish's defense though, Dexter is slightly ahead as far as the overall product at this point in time, they've just got such a perfect actor to play Dexter. I thought all 5 seasons were solid.
However, the variety of Breaking Bad is what makes it so badass, it doesn't have anyyyyyy sort of predictable formula like an episode of Dexter does (he's going to kill the guy and erase the evidence). There are kids overdosing, meth is being cooked, cheating, divorce, disabled son, drug cop brother in law, it's very much unpredictable for me.
I can't believe we've had to wait this long for Breaking Bad to continue........................ ugh that show really is THAT good.
