Sekirei: Rating: Mature
Pokemon for adults, instead of catching creatures you catch half naked women and have them fight each other, yeah i know what it sounds like but it is a great little anime and the naked women are not needed but are still nice from time to time
Black Blood Brothers: Rating: Teen
Vampire anime with good humor, action and story all rolled into one
will add more in a bit

When They Cry (Or "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni)
Rating: Mature
Its a show that goes from slice of life to extremely disturbing very quickly. This group of kids are caught in this cycle of murder and paranoia and are doomed to repeat it over and over again.
When they Cry season 2 (Or Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Kai)
Rating: Mature
Basically its the resolution of everything that was happening in the first season. IT was okay but I found the explanation for everything that was happening to be a little underwhelming.
Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Kira and Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Rei
Rating: Mature
Its trash. This crap is nothing but fan service. How do you go from this really eerie premise of murder and Paranoia to grown ass men and women wanting to rip the swim trunks off a teenaged boy? WTF happened? Who thought the OVA's needed to go this direction? The OVA's are shit and should be avoided at all costs.
Edit: okay, I was unfair with my review of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Rei. It was the first episode of this OVA that was complete trash. This is the episode where everyone spends a day at the pool and it was heavy on the fan service. The next three episodes, the killing dice, is actually good. The fourth is Meh. The other OVA, Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Kira, is still ongoing. Only one episode is out and this left such a bad impression on me... Okay, I think I'm done writing War and Peace here.

BLOOD-C
Rating: Mature
If you are a fan of Blood+ and are hoping for more of the same thing here: you will be sorely disappointed. Things are happening in the show but the story itself is slow paced. Just when you think things are going to be explained we have some random monster attack that brings the plot to a screeching halt. Not only that people will tell you that Saya is the worst heroine they have ever seen. Despite its faults I can't help but to be intrigued. The show itself is one big puzzle and I can't wait to see how all the pieces of the puzzle fit together. Interesting premise but really slow paced.

Edit: Just watched the finale and all I have to say is...Damn. That was awesome but extremely ****ed up at the same time. I will never look at a blender the same way again. With everything coming out of the bag the way it did I think the Blood C movie will be very interesting. Hopefully they will make a 2nd season as well.

I was a big fan of Trigun and Cowboy Bebop. They are both somewhat mature, but they arent going to scar any small childrens psyche.

Is the movie Heavy Metal anime? I don't think it is, but I love that movie (rated Mature, sex and naked women and gore and stuff).

Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X to me.
I'm not a huge fan of Anime but I watched a couple of episodes of Highschool of the Dead. Crappy storyline, hot girls right there.
