Haha, yeah it's almost as slow as Once Upon A Time in America..

That movie goes for 229 minutes, an absolute classic though and i'd recommend anyone who likes a good Gangster flick to watch it.

Nice list fellas. Like to consider myself a bit of a movie buff. I recommended a couple of movies based on each of the lists.

Here is my list:

1 The Shawshank Redemption
2 Good Will Hunting
3 Scent of a Woman
4 Pulp Fiction
5 The Big Lebowski
6 V for Vendetta
7 The Green Mile
8 The Silence of the Lambs
9 Se7en
10 The 40 Year Old Virgin

I would highly recommend watching any that you haven't seen
Since most on your list are dramas I'd recommend Blow, Traffic.

I'll probaby look at this list tomorrow and think 'WTF NO I FORGOT *INSERT 5 FILMS HERE*'
Interesting top list. Had a conversation about Terminator the other day and that was on a friends' list. No doubt a classic. Try watching Felon if you liked American History X. Also Bladerunner since your top two are action/sci fis.

Office Space was one funny movie. Nerdy white dude who listens to rap music...hahah. What about American Reunion. Actually I got one for ya since you seem to like action sequels; LETHAL WEAPON.

Blue Velvet, Twin Peaks TV show, Inception, LA Confidential, Chinatown, The French Connection, Internal Affairs (The Departed is based from the Chinese Triad movies), Black Hawk Down and I'll throw in Total Recall old and the new version. Although Blade Runner would be a much better choice, but I already recommended that above.

Damn one comedy the rest horror, war drama, another comedy, then zombie and drama.

Try Dead Snow for a campy cult zombie flick. Zack Snyder's remake of Dawn Of The Living Dead is one of my favorites. Platoon, Rescue Dawn, The Killing Fields, Green Dragon are all excellent films about the Southeast/Vietnam war.

Try Internal Affairs as mentioned above. The Departed was based from this HK foreign film. The Road To Perdition (hitman), Romper Stomper (neo Nazi), Chopper (Australian convict), Drive, American Me (prison film), and Training Day which you probably have seen. Malcom X, and American Gangster was one of his best films...
