Anybody can recommend me some? Older, newer - doesn't matter.

Clint Eastwood's 'Spaghetti Westerns'... the Man with no Name triology really. Oh and his Unforgiven too.

I've seen the old and the newer 'True Grit' flicks and they are both really good.

The greatest movie cowboy ever, in the greatest western ever. One of the GOAT movies.

just before the Duke died of cancer he made his last movie about a gun fighter dying of cancer. Every actor in it gives the best performance of their lives.

Unforgiven. Awesome film.

True Grit.
3:10 to Yuma.
Appaloosa.

Love them all.

As far as the old ones go... Im not so keen. They *were* good back in the day. But, for me, surpassed by the modern westerns.

Been watching westerns since I was a kid, definitely my favourite movie genre.

My top 10 recommendations would be
Once upon a time in the west (best film of all time IMO)
For a few dollars more
Unforgiven
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid
The Good the Bad and The Ugly
The Shootist
Tombstone
The Outlaw Josey Wales
Magnificent Seven
True Grit (John Wayne version)

For some older ones I would also recomment the Gunslinger (gregory peck) High Noon (gary cooper)and Hombre (paul newman)as well as anything with John Wayne in. Enjoyed Pale Rider and the Wild Bunch as well.

Newer westerns - the New 3.10 to Yuma was pretty good,
