I haven't played in awhile but I loved 10 A LOT. 10-2 was the worst one they have ever made and one of the worst games I have ever played period. 13 was decent. 8 was good but I remember 7 blowing the others out of the water!

I wonder if Sara is going to be a strong main character in FF13-2(how do you sequelize a sequel like that?). If I understand it correctly Sara and a guy named Noah are going to be the only playable characters. I guess Snow and Hope are going on vacation or something. The question is are they going to be interesting enough characters for me to play the game all the way through? Will I care about them or are they going to be like Tidus and Vaan?

Would it really be worth paying again considering I already own it for the PS2? What changes are they going to make? Maybe they'll get rid of the sphere grid. Maybe Blitzball will be played in 3 dimensions.

They're adding trophy/achievement support, new content, and doing the entire game in HD. The cut scenes will probably be absolutely outstanding, where as the gameplay will get an HD remix (like all the other HD collections coming out)
That, and it's possible they'll redo XII and X-2 with it in HD also, I think yeah very worth it. X-2 storyline was was absolutely terrible, the gameplay wasn't that bad though.

FF VI is an utter masterpiece, and I think it's one of the most under-appreciated games of all time. VII has very good, but I think people overrate it because it was a lot of people's first experience with a massive story-driven RPG.
Anybody on here play either of the Chrono series games? I suggest you do if you're a fan of 90's and early 2000's RPGs.

Chrono Trigger is amazing, got it on PS3 from PSN.
I'd still rate FF7 above it, but it's great.

I'm still not sold! I liked 10 but not enough to buy the game all over again. This game wasn't exactly a masterpiece. It has to be more then just achievement awards and HD quality. I'm not kidding when I said they need to improve blitzball. That game is awful. Your in a three dimensional sphere full of water and we are playing it like its 2 dimensional game. Your literally playing with the worst team imaginable and its completely frustrating trying to win especially when you are playing the Luca Goers. Even if you do win the reward is not worth it. That is one of many things that needs to change about this game. Don't even get me started on the sphere grid....

Sphere grid was a bad way to level up, blitzball was annoying, and the worst part is the main character was the most annoying FF character out there, and so were some of the supporting cast.

Ain't that the truth! Imagine watching this scene again in HD!
I just love how this game tries like hell to make us think that Tidus is the main protagonist. You can't sell me that when the game clearly centers around Yuna.
But I will give this game credit for creating Auron, who is probably one of the most bad ass FF characters ever.
