Questions about a backround check?

I have had to go and find a new job for the first time in about five years and since then ive recieved a misdemeanor battery charge for a fight in a bar. Its the only thing ive ever had on my criminal record and it was in another state. I was wondering if that type of thing will show up on a criminal backround check. Any input would be great, thanks.

Hey people,

I currently run a league called the 'Great British League' but it is undergoing changes so the name is changing and it welcomes all nationalities. It is a relaxed friendly league full of laughs and jokes. We have one team empty but are looking for a further 8 on top of that to establish another division. There are currently 15 managers in the league and it has just gone its first season so there isn't any massive skill differences between the leagues.

Views On Canada and its ties to the British Monarchy

As a Canadian I have always questioned our relationship in this day an age with the British Monarchy, our parliament is still ran by a representative of the queen, our court of appeals is the court of queens bench. Even our money features Queen Elizibeth prominently. Now even though this is something I never understood (I never got the monarchy thing in general or why they are still around),but I have always thought it respectful especially as old women like my grandmother think so highly of the queen as a dignified woman. My question is to other Canadians or anybody else who wants to share there opinion but when the Queen inevitably passes should the connection end or should we recognize the new king in the same light? I mean we have been an independent nation for a long time and having a monarchy that is merely symbolic in there own nation as a figurehead seems meaningless. The only thing Im really unsure of is in today's UK would this been seen as a snub by a country that has always been one of our strongest allies?

I assume this goes here. Anyway, recently upgraded to an Elite, and am looking to sell my recently acquired, refurbished, 20GB console. Original packaging, instruction, and wiring, minus the controller. 4 games... Ultimate Alliance, Lego Batman, Forza 2, and Pure. Not modded, not banned, though I assume it once red ringed, as it's a refurb. How much would you charge? I put it up on Craig's List for 100 dollars, and already have 10 hits after 30 minutes, leading me to believe I haven't charged enough, lol. But really... 20GBs isn't a big deal, and without the controller... how much should I rightfully be charging? Thanks for the help, peeps!
