Dana White slams Fedor only because he's not fighting in the UFC, but even White has to know who is the No. 1 HW and arguably the top P4P fighter in the world. If not, then:

He's definitely the top HW, If he was in the UFC, Dana wouldn't be saying that. Although I don't think he is No. 1 p4p, he will be in the top 3 for a long, long time.
