what was out of hand no one was being disrespectful to each other, there might be the odd comment like **** off or something but that comes up in other posts as well

Well, its a UFC forum...at first it was about Forrest Griffin but then it turned into just a racial matter, not really the place for that.

Psalm 30:5 "For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning."

Top 3 Favorite Fighters
1. Chuck "The Iceman" Liddell
2. Glover Teixeira
3. Demian Maia

I can understand that, i just think these threads get so much attention they should be left open.

Sorry if you don't like my decision to close it but I did! Like I said before the thread has ran its course.

UFC33 is a great mod but I have to be honest here and agree with craig88, I was going to post on like 8 or nine threads and they were all closed by UFC33 and that sucks cause they were really good discussions, I just wish you would let the thread die on its own, no offence UFC33 but its true.

A mans gotta do what a mans gotta do.

and I'm not just saying that because hes a Chuck Liddell fan.

but seriously, i think he did the right thing.

Sry if you don't like it but I have a job to do and from what I saw the threads that I closed were going nowhere! If I would of left the threads open they would just lead to fighting and nonsense posts! Sry guys I'm just doing my job!

Like it or not, that's what he's supposed to be doing. If a mod sees a thread getting outta control, he should close it. The thread might have some interesting points and conversations, but it just get's to the point where it's better off closed. If it doesn't get closed, it may (and probably will) get worse. People will start saying things that can get them banned. If you're saying in your head "Well I know I wouldn't do that...so why close it?". Because there are some stupid people on this forum that definately would do it. Bottom line, some threads just need to be closed dude. For the good of the forum and it's members.
