Groups

On everyone's profile there is a space for public groups yet everyone i have looked at is not a member of any groups. Do these groups exist and if so why has no one joined?

Thanks to Plazz for the awesome sig

Sorry this has sat so long without a response.

Yes there are user groups and we have been talking about getting those going here soon.

Do you feel that there's an advantage to having groups? I'd really like to hear some feedback from the forum on this one, so we can make a better decision as Staff.

Please feel free to say how ever you feel about user groups in this thread.

As this is the MMA forum obviously every major promotion is covered in here apart from cage rage but i hardly ever pay attention to that and all the major fighters ahve their own sub section so i cant see the need for the Forrest Griffin Fan CLub group.

However this is an incredibly active forum so perhaps we could have groups for off topic chat. I know there are loads of football fans so we could have a football group and a Soccer(soccer is actually slang btw and not the proper name for football) group There was talk mainly from Plazz of a sports section so sport groups make sense. Also tv groups could work anyway you get the idea.

The loungue is not really suitable for such things its mainly for trash talk

OK, so we have two that think it would be great, one that thinks it would be OK, and one that doesn't know what it is.

Doesn't sound like and overwhelming outcry for User Groups.

Anyone one else really care one way or the other about this???

Yes, I would like to start my very own Clay Guida fan club. I'm already in of course since I have long hair like him and they're wavy too, just like Clay's.
