how come nobody has more than one notch on there rep bar? how many rep points do you need for it to start getting bigger? i've been getting rep like crazy lately but my bar is still the same size and color as everyone elses. I know kameleon has a shitload of rep but his bar looks just like a new members. and how come no one can see what you've gotten rep for? when i click on someone's profile, i should be able to see what they've gotten rep for. isn't that kinda the point of rep? so people can see how good or bad of a poster you are and see how respected you are on this site so they can judge your opinions better? i like the idea of rep but this site kinda makes it pointless...
Yesterday I was at 115 but then pt447 repped me and now I'm at 117. Somehow he gave me 2 points instead of one? Am I missing something, I thought 1 rep=1 point? If I rep someone do I give you 1 or 2 points? :dunno:
The person must leave their name manually in order for you to see who repped you. You gain points when someone clicks on the little scale icon off to the side of each post under your name and points. They then choose to either add rep or remove rep. If you make a good post you should count on getting +repped. You usually have to piss someone off pretty bad to get neg-repped. Unless someone's just being a d!ck.
You know what I love? When you spend a hour posting on threads for kids who want to know how to lose weight or get bigger and none of them have the decency to rep you. But if I post a vid of two cats beating on each other with Joe Rogan and Mike golberg commentating the fight, I get like 12 reps

Yeah i know about that too, dont no why that is but thats the way it goes i guess. Only a few of the knowledgeble peolpe (wont say whos in my good book, it could be you.) rep you for a good and interesting post
OK, what about someone that gives to Bad Rep or Negative or whatever but all they said was that I was ugly? What the hell is that all about... isn't it about what you wrote? And chicken s**t didn't leave their name either!

LMAO I posted that same vid a few months back and got a shitload of rep for it haha.
Kameleon - I'm pretty sure that the amount of points you get from a repper is proportional to how many rep points they have themselves. In other words, someone like you with 100+ points, would have a higher 'rep power' than someone with just 11. I'm not sure how they decide how to determine exactly what your rep power is, but I'm pretty sure it all has something to do with how many points you have.
ditto...i usually go on 'rep sprees' and just hand out rep till the system tells me I have to wait 24 hours to rep anyone again. Asskicker I've prolly given you more rep than anyone else...everytime i go to rep you it says i have to spread more around...and like i said i spread it to the limit and it still won't let me haha.
Ok I gotta ask what is with all your equal signs and shit? I've always wondered what all that was.:dunno:
