I agree. There is NO intelligent MMA discussion on Sherdog. It always turns into a shouting match, name calling, etc.

Sherdog site isnt as appealing to the eye even. Its sorta of weird to read. this site looks alot nicer.

the sheer amount of redundant threads at sherdog is why i'm here.

any remotely intelligent post is often lost in the scramble of terrible threads. that, and they are on pg. 5 about 5 mins after posting.

Thats something this site should think about as it grows even bigger. Having more MODS or something who can shut down threads and combine threads or something. We get quite a few redundant threads here (under different names).

Thats not a simple issue. You gotta balance alot of things,so it doenst turn off people also. Something to maybe think and discuss among the admin.

Thats one of the reasons we created the UFC Smacktalk forum. It should keep some of the "shouting matches" to a minimum, and also move all the "cheering" and "name calling" to one area... will keep the site more pure for MMA fans.

So your going to move threads to that area when the circumstances call for it?
