How to Embed YouTube Videos
To embed a youtube video, you will have to have the URL for the specific video. You will cut out the code that follows the equals sign in the URL, and then paste that code into your post between youtube tags.
I have bolded that code in the URL. Copy and paste this code into youtube tags.
You take "J0NPr5uTUno" and put it between [youtube][/youtube*] (Minus the *)
It will look like this without the asterik.
The end result will be your video embedded into a post.

Yay, finally someone made a sticky about this. I feel like everybody kept asking how to do it. :)
A lot of people knew how to embed at one point, but then the way to do it changed and threw a lot of people off.
Great idea for a thread hit. Might even add how to post a picture.
I for one found it so frustrating trying to embed a video that I just gave up after a while:(

Do you mean like pictures from the internet or from your computer?
From your computer - go to the advanced post section and pick the attachments button. From there upload your photo and close the attachments window.

I think it would be cool if a admin could change the default resolution of the youtube embed code to something bigger,
so that it would make watching the video directly in mmaf page a confortable experience instead of forcing us to open the youtube link in a new page.
