Iknow that most boxing rings are 16',18' or 20' and Iam pretty shure the pride ring is 20' but I wondered about the octagon also If I had to guess I say it bigger than prides ring

If I remember correctly, the Octagon measures 30 feet across. I believe Jeff Blatnick announced that info waaayyyy back in UFC 2.

And the Pride ring is the same size as your regular Pro Wrestling ring at 20' by 20'.

I'm pretty sure that Ong is right about the Blatnich comment back in UFC 2. I think that the standard boxing ring is 20 square feet, and that's probably the same for Pride.

UFC Octagon measures 30' feet accross from Entrance to Entrance. The Octagon is much bigger than any other cage I've seen used in any other MMA event.
