Grappling Dummies
I have been trying to find a judo or wrestling type dummy that I can use for explosive training for picking up and slamming and maybe some ground and pound. I'd prefer it to have limbs and a head and decent weight
Does anybody have any info or have used one that likes it? |
i think i saw a post somewhere about eddie bravo making grappling dummies...they look pretty sweet too...moveable everything...maybe check out his site...i think they're like 150 or something

One guy at my gym uses the "Pregnant Lady balls" all the time. It really helps the core muscles with certain exercises and helps with balance and speed

I always wanted one of these for some good practice and training. Very expensive and rare though.

Grappling dummies are freakin' expensive. You're probably looking at an easy $400 investment before shipping like the I&I Sports Grappling Man Dummy aka the "Bubba Dummy" (pictured below).
