Mouth Gaurd?

Do you guys have a mouth gaurd preference?

Buying one from a vendor or having your dentis fit you for one?

I perfer buying a custom fit one. The Shock Doctor ones you have to boil aren't that great and they don't stay snugly fit onto your teeth, you have to really bite down to keep them in and it makes your lips bulg out a lot making it hurt a lot more when you get hit on your mouth.

That's why I got a mouth gaurd from Protech Mouthguards i've heard unbreakablemouthpeices.com are good too.

i have been using this style for quite a while. very cheap, i have never lost this piece in the ring. this is one of the very few that does not make me gag. and easy to make.

Golden Gloves Mouthguard from Title MMA

EastPhilly has a little shameless behaviour in the past
If your just training get a cheap one. If your gonna fight then get a custom fit ortho one

Also learn a second or third language while you're at it, then extol your proficiencies.
