Sweat Gear
Hey does anyone know what material the sweat gear they use while riding the bike in the sauna on the ultimate fighter. I am looking to buy the same outfit they have on the show but I have no idea what brand or type of outfit it is. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

those sauna suits are made of rubber, but in the process for cutting wieght there is more to throwing on a suit and sweat. you must change your diet around 6 meals, a day, carbs in the morning, no eating 2 hours before you sleep, cut salt intake, no prcessed sugars, increase water intake through out the day, drink 1 full glass of water before every meal.
you don't even need to buy a suit, cut out a hole in the bottom of a large garbage bag, and some slits on the sides for your arms, throw on a hoodie on top and go for a run... one more thing this is top secret out side of fighters..... aboline cream

Could you throw out some more details on that? I really need to cut weight and I hit a wall. I've dropped about 16 pounds but I have another 9 or so to go and it's just not happening.
Edit: The diet part.

adding salt or eating salty foods helps your body retain water=more weight.
6 smaller meals a day helps increase your bodies metabolism by letting your body know it does not need to store energy=fat.
if your carb load do it in the morning as a first meal after your morning run, running the first thing you do when your wake up will burn stored engergy(fat) & eating carbs in the morning gives your body the whole day to burn it off... carbs = stored energy(fat)
no prcessed sugars are needed in your diet, your body can get it's sugar from fruits, except for some sports drinks due to the electrolytes your body needs.
increase the water intake through out the day, you will be sweating alot more, but i have noticed when i skip on my water i feel like my bodie is a sandbag and i burn out quick.
one glass of water prior to a meal helps fill you up so you eat smaller portions.
on cutting weight some can't do it. many things are to be taken into concideration. age, height weight, muscle/fat %. i could never cut, even if i wanted to i am 5'6" 136lbs and there is nowhere i can drop wieght, if i was to drop i will dehydrate myself and it would have a negative effect. your walk around wieght is much more important than being able to drop alot of weight over night

I found that Syran Wrap works great for sweating. I wrapped it around my arm once when I went walking and just being out in the sun my arm was pouring sweat like mad, it was just coming out like water.

Sauna suit. You can buy them at Dicks Sporting Goods, Modells, Sports Authority etc. Or you can just take a water pill or diuretic But if it's your first time cutting weight i suggest avoiding the diuretic
