Help!! please

Hey guys, im starting mma training in about 3 weeks and i was wondering what equipment should i get. For example gloves, shorts, and any other equipment you guys find useful in training. Thanks

You don't need to buy name brand shorts to train, just wear some basketball shorts and a cup.

whiplash has a little shameless behaviour in the past
start with investing in a good cup, a good mouthguard..

then get a nice pair of hand wraps, sparring gloves and head gear..

you dont need to buy sprawls, cagewalks, truths or fight shorts just yet, you dont even need rashguards that are from fight companies initially...

i do advise a good pair of slim knee pads though..not the bulky ones as it makes some movements difficult...
