Mats

I was wondering if anyone had any good sites or leads for wrestling mats. I've looked around and have found these things to be expensive. We don't park cars in our garage, so I figure why not turn it into a nice area to roll. The family parties would so never be the same if we got mats in there.

So far I've found

Resilite Sports Products - Gym Mats: Wrestling Mats, Gymnastic Mats, Athletic Mats and Wall Padding

Tiffin Athletic Mats - Wrestling mats, floor systems, home mats, custom logos, mat tape

Welcome to Zebramats

Any help would be appreciated.

I use Ebay for 90% of everthing I buy. Unless I cant wait for shipment, thats when I go retail. Here are a few I have bought. Its up to you...mostly depends or your needs.

Solid One Piece, single fold down middle "classic" style
eBay: WRESTLING, GYMNASTICS, MARTIAL ART MAT 10' x10' x1 3/8" (item 220024842743 end time Sep-13-06 06:40:50 PDT)

Puzzle style
eBay: MIXED MARTIAL ART MAT 10X10 CAGE FIGHTING MMA NHB UFC (item 120026457298 end time Sep-29-06 16:06:35 PDT)

I like the puzzle a little better simple because I have limited space at my house and need to store this more then take it out

I never thought of using those puzzle mats. Although they're not as thick as the "classic" mats I'm sure they'd do the trick. Plus yeah storage would be a factor as well. Cool! Thanks for the info Easy!

yeah no problem I like the space saving more then I worry about thickness. They do make thicker puzzle pieces, but as you saw a 10x10 was $1xx.xx the same size for a thick one is anywhere from 1.5 to 2x more $$
