Which Target Shield?
Right now, only have lunch hours for work out.
Have limited space and looking for just some general hitting and kicking practice.
Get in a good work out with one type of pad. Can not afford different sets.
What would be the best all around target shield/striking pad for a combination work out? Please link to a webpage/store to show what you are talking about if you can. Thanks.
your standard kicking air sheild if you have a partner so he can stand still using it as a heavy bag or he can move aroung for a more focus on the moving target
Do you have someone to train with you?
With almost any starters boxing set they sell gloves, head gear and two hand-strikers. Just go to your local sportmart or small dealer. (I suggest small dealers for better bargains)
