True, but your not going to buy shorts with a crappy camo pattern or that just look like junk.

More advice. I wouldnt make them plain and solid. But dont make them too flashy.

Yeah, but at the moment I'm only training in them, so I couldnt really care less about looks at the moment, however.. if I was competing then something a bit funkier maybe..

I think shorts like sprawl are awsome like the ones that are just two colored you know a main color and then a like dark stripe down the side of the leg with the logo on it

like that just reverse the white and black

for looks anyway

Im a huge fan of hayabusa shorts, great fit, flexability and quality... only thing lacking is the looks although the newest ones dont look to bad.

favorite type of fight shorts

I own Tapout,NAGA,ATAMA,NoGi,badboy but my favorite type has been from title boxing. They are exactly like Sprawl shorts. Same material same design. very comfortable. Better color choices and cheaper. I think $35bucks for split shorts. Check them out titlemma.com

anyone tried the OTM fight shorts or warrior wear?

I have a pair of the Warrior MMA shorts, I find them to be a little bit to heavy. especially when doing knee or high kick conditioning.
