if you have a place to hang it def go with a free standing bag....if you can i'd suggest a muay thai banana bag.....i have a wave master free standing and it bites...i just don't have a place to hang a bag....the freestanding moves all over the place...i already broke the plastic core by kicking the bag too hard...the only good thing i can think of is that in the summer i can take it out by my pool and work out there....heavy bag will also help condition your shins and perfect your technique better than a free standing bag

don't really have a place to hang it but, seen a wall hanging mount on title mma's site. looks good. it will hold up to 200 lbs 4 ft from the wall.

what size bag do you recomend.
