shin/instep pads

I need to buy some new Shin/instep pads for muay thai and I was wonderin what kind everyone has and the pros and cons of each.

Title has some nice ones
but if you get the full neoprien ones make sure you get a size larger than usual because when you get sweaty their hard to take off but their the best ive ever used

get yourself a pair of these

lightweight

cons
less protection

good for conditiong your shins

dont get the bulky ones unless your still new and kicking peoples elbows and guards
