Padded Floor Mat for garage????

I was looking for ideas for some sort of flooring or mat for my garage floor so that i can jump around and hit the bag and even do some jiu jitsu on witout doing so on hard concrete.
I know they sell mats and puzzle piece mats but those are pretty expensive and i was just looking for alternatives.
If anyone has ideas let me know.

So far i've got carpet and the padding that's udnerneath the carpet.
Thanks

If you are a gracie student, contact mancino mats. He is tight with Renzo. Maybe he will hook you up.

I got a few packs of the interlocking ones from ebay.. think they were about £15 per pack (of 6). They are well worth the money and have held up well!
