powerpuncher has a little shameless behaviour in the past
small ab equipment

ok so i like to train abs i train them 3 times a week but its getting boring doing the same bodyweight ab exercises so i wanna know if you know about a small ab working equipment thx.

GFG has a little shameless behaviour in the past
i don't know isn't there 100s of body weight exersizes for your core, then just add weight i guess. maybe you need a change of location hit a park hang off the money bars etc..

Sit on your arse, slightly leaning back with your legs off the floor and touch a medecine ball(or weight) on the floor to your left, then twist and do it on your right, then left again etc. After about 100 of these you will be good to go.

A simple ab wheel is one of the best and cheapest
