I've been needing to purchase some safety gear for my BJJ class since... well... it started. Deciding to put my order in with Combat Sports, I thought, "what the heck?" and picked up a pair of these gloves, too.

Of course, I just put in the order, so I don't have them yet. Here's to hoping they don't suck.

Don't worry. The gloves are great. Just make sure you get large if you want to wear wraps under them. I'd rather be hit by these gloves than boxing gloves. Great practice gloves for the price.

So... uhm... I got my order from Combat Sports today. The gloves seem to fit well, but I noticed that they're marked to only be used with a bag. Is that just a tag given to most "training gloves," or is it meant to be taken quite seriously?

Not that I really have intent to use them for anything other than practicing with a bag any time soon, but I was just curious.

That being said, they do seem decent... especially for the $15 price tag.
