thanks for the reply, i usually wear skins under my fight shorts when i'm training, but sometimes dont need to wear a cup because we dont do sparring or grappling. I was just wondering because that way instead of getting another pair of skins and the groin guard, i could just get the groin guard and save a bit of cash.

I see! but out of curiousity, if you are not sparring or grappling what do you do?

most of the class is technique work on pads etc, also train at home quite a bit, and lets be honest, a heavy bag doesnt hit back

Got Shock Doctor compression shorts two weeks ago and they are awesome, had a cheap guard and jock and took a knee square in the crackers and it completely shattered.

Shudder to think if I wasn't wearing one.

sad to say i've felt that pain hawndo, wrecks the rest of a sparring session when that happens.

i've seen the shock docks, but i was wondering if there was any opinion on spiderguard groin guards?
