Groin guard
I've just got a cheap on and it's rubbish. My pods pretty much always pop out the side.
Anyone got any recommendations?

I like the Bike cup+jock. To keep your "pods" in place, try support briefs from Undergi

Yeah I have the shockdoctor ones with compression shorts, f*ckin ace! They were hard for me to get over here in the UK, but I would definitely reccomend them!

I use to shock doctor too with the shorts and I love it, especially when I wear fight shorts.

I've owned quite a few groin guards over the years, the toughest being the traditional thai steel cups however they are quite uncomfortable, hard to take a leak with and look like ya have a hardon.
Best on the market are either the Nutty Buddy or in close second is the Shock doctor Ultra Supporter with the titan alloy flex cup.
Me personally use the Nutty Buddy, it requires wearing compression shorts and a jock strap which you can buy quite cheaply reducing costs or you can buy both aswell as the Nutty Budd directly from them if you wish.
If you youtube "Nutty Buddy" you'll find a few video reviews of the product including a detailed one by some american cop self defense dude who tests it out doing standup, clinch, and grappling scenarios.
