My New Shorts

I don't usually get excited about MMA gear, because it's just equipment for me, and I'd like to focus on my skills more than on my stuff. That said, I've been converted to Venum.

Just bought a pair of fight shorts from them and I'm very happy with it. I decided to also pick up a new rashguard, though I haven't gotten it yet.

Just thought I'd throw it out there. It's nice to have equipment that works, but this stuff is so high functioning that I thought it deserved an off-hand comment.

Feel free to throw out the stories about the best year you've had and the companies that you support.

For me I use and like:

http://www.deathwishgear.com - Saw this small firm online and ordered shorts and a rashguard from them, very very pleased with the quality.

Sprawl Shorts : Top Class!
Koral Gi : Indistructable! (but heavy!)

The Koral gi's are really good, and I still have one that I use all the time, but for competition, I stick with my Keiko Raca gi, the same kind that Marcelo uses. It's nice and light, and that works for me personally, still, the training weight of the Koral's and the fact that their impossible to destroy is really nice.

Cool website, too. Repped.
