Exercise Balls/Stability Balls

I have a couple of questions with regard to exercise balls, the kind that are big enough to sit on.
1.What is your take on exercise balls? We all know that the abs are important to all martial artists, and that core training is important. What do you think of exercise balls?Have you ever used them,or do you use them now?
2.I recently saw one on the internet, it had these attachments that looked like the stirrups on a horse's saddle, but you slipped your hands into these and then you pull up on them to work your biceps.
My question: Who sells these? What internet site offers these? I didn't write it down at the time, and now I can't find them.I would like to check out an exercise ball with the attachment(s) for working the biceps. Can you help me out with this one? My google search turned up like 20 pages, and it is just too exhausting. If you know what I'm talking about, I'd certainly appreciate it.

I use one everytime I work out at the gym and I also have one at home that I use when I'm doing other stuff. Suffice to say they are freaking awesome and one of the best things to hit gyms and exercising equipment in a very long time. I don't use the one with attachments because you can use other things for that. Honestly I just bought mine at Target for $15-20. You can order off the internet if you want but most large chain stores have them. I bought a generic one and it's lasted over 2 years now.

Using it at home can basically wipeout having to buy a bench or a movable bench that can do incline because you can use different seated positions to get the right angle you need. Doing seated exercises helps with stability and core muscles as well as push-ups off the ball and ab exercises. You can do so many things off the ball it's awesome.

Can't recommend one enough.

Listen:Obviously you know about the one with attachments.
What can you tell me about it?
Who manufactures it?
What is it called?
And most importantly, where can I get one?

Exercise balls are the best I use them almost every workout, there is so much you can do and isolate with them. I bought minw from a company called core secrets and I love it. I think you can find it at www.yogadirect.com

Hello, well I'd like to start using an exercise ball so I can make my abs routine and upper body exercise routine more challenging. The problem is I have no idea which size ball to get. I'm 4'11 and I don't think weight is a factor in deciding the size. Also where can I find ball workouts online? Advance thanks to everyone for your advice and suggestions.
