16oz gloves.....

I take it you were bare knuckle and had a wide swing? or it was a wall and the last 2caught a stud?

Either way hand wraps and training gloves will help alot but there are no guarantees in life. My buddy had a boxer fracture and had pins. It sucked to say the least. I have been lucky and only broken my pinkies on my hands.

My buddy did the same just not as severe and he only had to get 2 pins. I'm not sure how long it took before the pins came out but I remember they started to itch and bother him. After that is all done I highly recommend doing the physical therapy. He is a guitar player so that helped him alot once he could play. Also try not to use it while the pins are in. If you take creatine is will help keep your muscles and tendons from weakening as much. There is an article in Men's Health about it.

PS. The wall always wins unless maybe if you are Fedor...

I can't find the article on the site, I will have to go through my last 3 or 4 issues. It was either Men's Health or Men's Fitness. I personally prefer a creatine ethyl esther like NO Xplode which is a loading formula and will get you pumped to work out. With that said the Nitric Oxide and Creatine mix will help increase vascularity delivering more nutrient and oxygen rich blood to muscles and even though you are not using it, the formula helps keep the muscle "fed". It is not a 100% fix but you won't get the pins out and have a rubbery toothpick left.
*disclaimer* Every product whether its by brand or ingredients affects every person differently. I have tried several different types and brands of supplements and had different results until I found what works best for my body. Personally BSN products work amazing for me, but my buddy finds that VPX products work better for him.

I would just take some creatine without NO. As far as brand goes I'm not sure. I would just do some research into different brands and see what fits you and our budget.
