Exclamation {injuries stuff}

Hi guys, Id like to know what stuff(balm, mixture, cream) youre using on injuries(muscular and arthritic) related to MMA.

i just use biofreeze for the muscle pain and petro carbo for the floor burns/cuts...works well for me

A very well known balm that you could use is tiger balm. aside from the powerful smell it works very well!

I just use Tiger Balm, ice/heat application, and Ibuprofen if swelling.
