single or double mouthguard?
What do you think is better/prefer?
I currently have an, off the shelf, double mouth guard with vents in, as i like my bottom teeth, but i'm finding difficulty breathing through my nose the majority of the time, mainly when i take a shot to my body.
I won't lie and say i'm not worried about wearing a single guard, because of all things i don't want to lose any teeth (if i can help it that is!)..
what do you guys think? Is it best to try to improve breathing through my nose or should i make the change? Would a single custom-made one be the best route to go?
