Must have equipment for home

Hey everyone. When i am unable to go to the gym, i want to be able to workout and train at home. What are some must have workout equipment and other gear for having at home?

ALSO, is there a dummy or something that i can not only use for ground and pound, but also to work on my stand up? I dont have a place to hang a heavy bag, thanks.

Here is what I use, not to say any of it is really "must have":

-Weight set (barbell, dumbells, curl bar, and about 150lbs. of weights)
-Lightweight and heavyweight jump ropes
-Un-hung heavy bag that I use for a G&P dummy and other misc. technique applications
-Bike with training stand for cardio (I HATE running long distance for cardio)
-18lbs. medicine ball
-25lbs. kettle ball
-10'x10'x2" mat that I picked up off the internet
-25lbs. weight vest
-5lbs. wrist and ankle weights
-Sauna suit

all of my workouts are based on circuits that alternate aerobic and anaerobic stations
