Of course I did. I have been talking to them for months about this. They are have no concept of what good customer service is. That is why I went to the trouble of posting this pic.

They sent me a different bag, one that was much smaller and very different. I told them that I had no use for it. The rest of the story is very long... the bottom line is that I'm out $179.00 and I will not be shopping there again.
